FAQ

Our Euro Nymph Braid Core is built for cold water environments and will perform best in temperatures between 30 and 70 degrees (F).

The answer is simple. Extreme durability paired with unmatched sensitivity make this line the ultimate tight lining work horse.

Often times, our nymphing lines get paired with monofilament extensions or sighter material so there is really no need for welded loops. The best knot connections we find from Fly Line to our Euro Nymph Leader Material are the Uni or Nail Knot.

Cleaning your fly line is very important especially when fishing saltwater. Simply pull line off your reel into a clean bucket or tub of freshwater. Put roughly 1oz or more of Cortland’s Line Cleaner solution onto a clean rag or towel. Firmly squeeze the towel with Pro Line Cleaner around the line and slowly pull line through the towel. You should be able to see dirt or discolored streaks on the towel when finished.

. ..as expected, Excellence !

I have used other Cortland fly lines and find this to be just as capable as other lines. The Nymph lines are supple and strong, even cast a streamer as a WF line would with a nymph rig.

Thank you Cortland for quality and performance.
